The DropletMatrix Cell Culture System is ideal for stem-cell and organoid suspension cultures, exosome and microenvironment studies, and antibody or tissue-array screenings. By cultivating cells in confined droplets, it minimizes non-specific binding and enhances signal detection for cell secretions, such as cytokines and exosomes. Its water-repellent boundary allows easy retrieval of cells and droplets by simple pipetting, simplifying experimental workflows. The matrix spacing is compatible with 8-channel pipettes and can be incorporated into standard 96/384-well plates, allowing for consistent management of both upstream and downstream specimens to improve operational efficiency. The DropletMatrix Culture system provides precision, flexibility, and streamlines high-content assays, accelerating the discovery of optimal targets in biomedical and biologics research.

Stem-cells, Organoid Suspension Culture System
Hanging droplet culture system allows sensitive cells like stem cells, organoids, or others to thrive in the droplet condition. Unlike the standard cell culture plate, it is easy to retrieve the cells even when cultured in the ECM gel matrix.

Exosome, Microenvironment studies
The confined, small culture volume with a minimized contact area to the chip reduces non-specific binding; therefore, maximizing signals such as cell-secreted cytokines, exosomes, or microvesicles in the specimens.

Antibody, Tissue Array Screening
The water-repellent matrix on the slide surrounding the sample spots creates liquid boundaries and forms droplets on the designed spots. Simply seeding multiple conditions of cells or clones of antibodies, or preparing the IHC tissue array on these specialized slides, enables a more effective screening process.
