Viable Rare-Cells/ Circulating Tumor Cells isolation & Characterization

Our prior project experience involved in an antibody affinity based Circulating Tumor Cells IVD platform development on microfluidic devices. Our current AccuMag technology captures rare traces with unprecedented efficiency, and improving detection limitations. Partner with us to develop next-generation liquid biopsy tools for early cancer detection using our proven isolation technology

Viable Single-Cells Isolation, Characterization, & Colony formation

We participated in an interdisciplinary team that use of electronic-optical and microfluidic components to develop a cell- sorting platform that can effectively soring viable single-cells. The platform is successfully commercialized  and is amount one of the best VIABLE single-cell sorter on the market. We applied Cell and Molecular Biology assays including colony forming assays after sorting. This could be particular useful for cell-therapy development or stem cells studies.

Single-Cell Genomics Analysis

From previous project, we also subjected selected single-cells for scRNA Transcriptome assay to analysis the expression profiles of sorted cells at tested conditions. Leverage our expertise to uncover cellular heterogeneity and discover new biomarkers for precision medicine applications

Magnetic Beads/ Nanoparticles Applications 

Although we are capable of doing scRNA transcriptome assays, we looked for more economic solutions to complete the similar tasks. Therefore; we developend the AccuMag series of magnetic beads rack, capable of providing single-cell RNA resolution using just humble magnetic XP beads and RT reagents available in most cell labs. We improves the beads recovery yield of magnetic rack, and open the possibility to do more in labs and not relyeing on core lab or expensive assays.

MCU Electronic System development and integration for cells/ objects sensing & imaging/ characterization 

We develop sensor-enabled electronic microcontroller units (MCUs) that facilitate the detection, imaging, characterization, selection, and analysis of biological samples. Our OrbScan system is an example and can image cell clumps, organoids, or similar objects in a microfluidic device.

Automated Cell / Object Characterization 

Our OrbScan technology enables rapid identification and recovery of valuable cell populations.
We build sensor enabled electronic systems to facilitate the day to day cell biology assays. We are capable to design and carryout system development from hardware wiring to software coding and to the data intergrations. The in-house developed OrbeScan system is an example for our system integration capability
